Jake Le Breton

Geomatics Analyst

Jake Le Breton has a background in wildlife conservation and forestry, focusing on GIS and spatial analysis. He has been involved in a variety of different wildlife management projects and has published a scientific paper on human-elephant conflict in Zimbabwe, his home country. Using his spatial modelling and remote sensing skills, Jake has tackled land use planning, sustainable forestry initiatives, freshwater management, and ungulate habitat analysis. He is well versed in remote sensing data acquisition and processing, especially with RPAS technology. Jake has a BSc in Animal Biology and Conservation, and a Advanced Diploma in GIS.

Jake is an adventurist and spends his time exploring the outdoors in every way he can, from skiing to rock climbing, kayaking to hiking. His favourite place to be is anywhere with a view of the sunset.
